For industrial and professional use, we produce different qualities of organic butter, depending on the requirements of the application, and our butter products are available in different packages. So we deliver blockbutter in 10 kg and 25 kg (box) with a hardness fluctuating with the season, but also hard (winter) butter. We also produce butter sheets of 2kg. Our butter sheets have a perfectly homogenous and flexible texture, perfect for puff pastry.
